
So, I found this recipe on Pinterest and it was for 7 up Biscuits. They looked so good but all I had on hand was Mountain Dew. So, here it is – Mountain Doo Biscuits. They turned out real nice and the family gobbled them up.
I suggest this recipe for anyone wanting to make something that is super easy for dinner or breakfast, this super easy, super tasty recipe will be a crowd pleaser. Put this with gravy or pot roast. It’s up to you.
I recommend this recipe and I also suggest putting some honey on the finished biscuit or jelly of your choosing.

These biscuits really only call for four ingredients plus a baking dish to bake them in. All you need is:
4 Cups Bisquick Mix
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of Mountain Dew
1 stick of butter (1/2 cup)

It is super simple and super delicious! Key word–simple!

Equipment
- liquid measuring cup, dry measuring cup, mixing bowl, spoon, fork
Ingredients
- 4 cups Bisquick mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup Mountain Dew
- 1/2 cup Butter
Instructions
- mix sour cream and Bisquick mix with a fork until mixture is soft and crumbly. Mix Mountain Dew and Bisquick mixture together until it is a soft ball.Roll mixture onto a floury surface. work the dough until it's soft but firm. Flatten dough till it is about 1/2" to 1" thickness. cut out rounds with a glass rim or use a biscuit cutter.place stick of butter in baking dish in the 425°F Oven for a few minutes to melt the butter. Place and arrange biscuits in the baking dish on top of the melted butter. Don't worry about the biscuits touching. Bake @ 425°F for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
