Good Morning Y’all!
I wanted to share my recipe for hamburger helper. This meal is my go to when I am pressed for time but need a decent meal for my family.
I make this with my electric pressure cooker. My pressure cooker has been a wonderful addition to my kitchen. My pressure cooker is a Cosori I strongly recommend this brand to anybody who likes to get the most for their money.
My Cosori Pressure cooker came with a ladle and a spoon and two seals and a steaming rack. I have had it for a year and a half and never had any issues with it. If one is interested in this, they can click on this link and get one.
Now, back to my Hamburger helper. This is a great fast and easy meal for the busy mom or dad who needs a quick and healthy meal for the whole family.
First, I start with saute function on my Cosori Pressure Cooker and brown the ground beef. I also add a little Worcestershire sauce and some dry parsley.
Next, I add about 2 cups of water and 1 TBSP of Better Than Bouillon and whisk that while letting that mixture come to a boil.
Put pressure cooker lid on and lock and seal vent. Use the manual setting and set to 4 minutes on High pressure. Quick release
then add cheese, milk, sour cream, and salt to taste.
